Team Members

You want to bring a colleague or client contact into your workspace without paying for a separate account or juggling logins.

Shared workspace, shared subscription

Everyone you add to your workspace shares the same subscription and the same limits, brand count, prompt count, tracking frequency, all of it. There's no per-seat charge for adding teammates. Your bill doesn't change based on how many people are in the workspace.

Admin vs. Member roles

Each person you add gets a role:

• Admin can manage billing, start or change the subscription, and do everything a Member can.
• Member can work in the workspace, viewing and managing brands, prompts, and competitors, but cannot touch billing or change the subscription.

If someone on your team says they can't find the option to upgrade or manage billing, check whether they're set as a Member rather than an Admin.

Adding a teammate

New teammates are added through an email verification code flow: you invite them by email, they receive a one-time code, and they use it to join your workspace. There's no separate signup or subscription step on their end, they land directly in your shared workspace.
