Exports and reports

You don't always want a single giant document with everything in it. Most of the time you want exactly one component, the Prompts table, the To-do list, the Sources list, in exactly the format you need for what you're doing next: a client email, a spreadsheet, a slide. AI Peekaboo's exports are built around that, component by component, rather than one all-in-one report.

Export formats

PNG / JPEG: snapshot any dashboard component as an image. If white-label branding is enabled on your account, your logo can appear as an overlay on the exported image.

PDF: either a full branded multi-page report, including a title page, executive summary, top competitors, and a captured dashboard screenshot, or a lighter single-component PDF if you only need one piece.

CSV / JSON: dashboard and competitor summaries, prompt performance, prompt-run detail, your To-do list items, and cited sources with reference counts, sentiment splits, and authority scores.

XLSX: a multi-sheet workbook covering your selected prompts, with one sheet per AI model plus a combined All-Models sheet, each including visibility, position, and sentiment data.

Where to find export buttons

Export controls live directly on the component you're looking at, not buried in a separate export section. If you're viewing the Prompts table, the CSV/XLSX export for prompts is right there on that page; if you're on the To-dos page, the CSV/JSON export for your action plan is right there too. Look for the export option near the top of whichever page or panel holds the data you want to pull out.
