You signed up but haven't started a trial or paid plan yet, and you want to know what you can actually do with your account as-is.

What's included

A free, no-subscription workspace gives you:

  • 1 brand
  • Up to 25 prompts tracked for that brand
  • Up to 3 tracked competitors
  • 3 Ask AI messages total, to try the in-dashboard AI chat assistant
  • Read-only previews of paid pages

This isn't a locked-out demo. Real analysis runs against your brand, and you can explore the dashboard, prompts, competitors, and sources with genuine data.

How many analyses a free workspace gets

Two, in total. Your first snapshot when you set the brand up, then one automatic re-run about a week later so you can see whether anything moved. That's the whole free allowance, and it is not an ongoing schedule: once the second analysis lands, nothing further is scheduled. Settings will say "Automatic refreshes are not running", which is accurate rather than a bug.

Both snapshots stay in your workspace, so your data doesn't disappear. Refreshing on a repeating cadence is what a trial or a paid plan turns on.

What you'll see on paid-only pages

Pages that require a paid plan, like Search Console, Traffic, To-dos, Share links, and most of Settings, aren't hidden entirely. You'll see a preview of what that page looks like and what it would show you, with an upgrade prompt to unlock the real thing. Nothing here is faked data, it's simply showing you the shape of the feature before you subscribe.

Billing is always reachable

No matter what state your account is in, Settings → Billing is always available to you. Even if your account has lapsed or you're on the free tier, you're never locked out of the one page you'd need to fix your subscription or start a plan.

Ready to upgrade?

If you're hitting the 1 brand, 25 prompt, or 3 competitor limit and want more room, see the plans and pricing article to compare Starter, Peek, and Grow, or check the free trial article if you want to try a paid tier's full feature set for 14 days first.
