Adding a competitor is only useful if you can actually see where they're beating you and where you're beating them. Every tracked competitor gets its own set of views, built from the same real data your own dashboard runs on.

Every competitor view on this page runs on the same real data as your own dashboard, so the comparison holds up in a client conversation.

What each competitor view shows

Visibility and mention rate: the competitor's own 0-100 visibility score, calculated with the identical formula used for your brand, plus how often they actually get mentioned across your tracked prompts.

Winning prompts: the specific prompts where a competitor outranks you, with the actual AI response as evidence. This is usually the most useful single view, because it tells you exactly which questions to go fix rather than leaving you with a vague "they're doing better" impression.

Top cited domains: which websites AI models pulled from when discussing that competitor, so you can see where they're earning citations that you aren't.

Brand × Model heatmap: a grid showing how every tracked brand (yours and your competitors') performs across each of the five AI models, so you can spot whether a competitor is strong everywhere or only dominant on, say, Perplexity.

You spot at a glance whether a competitor beats you everywhere or is only dominant on one model, which tells you where the fight actually is.

Prompt × Brand matrix: a full ranking matrix across every tracked prompt and every tracked brand, filterable by Topic and Search Intent, so you can slice the comparison down to just the questions that matter for a specific campaign or client conversation.

You can slice the head-to-head down to exactly the prompts a campaign cares about, filtered by Topic and Intent, one rank per cell.

Filters

All of these views can be filtered, typically by time window, AI model, and Topic or Intent, so you're not stuck looking at an all-time, all-model blend when you really just want to know how you compared to a competitor on commercial-intent prompts over the last 30 days.

You move from 'they are ahead' to 'here are the exact prompts and sources they win on' in a few clicks, filtered to the window that matters.

Reading it as a whole

Taken together, these views answer the two questions that matter most: are you losing to a specific competitor, and if so, on which questions and through which sources. The winning-prompts view and the top-cited-domains view are usually the fastest path from "we're behind" to "here's what to publish or pursue next," and they feed directly into features like Content Briefs and To-dos, which turn these gaps into concrete next steps.
