Which AI models Peekaboo covers, which it does not, why, and what to do about an untracked model you care about.

Your customers ask questions across more than five AI tools, and it's fair to want to know exactly where Peekaboo's coverage stops.
What's tracked
Standard monitoring supports ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode. Configurable plans track the models selected in the workspace's monitoring contract. Microsoft Copilot and Claude API are paid add-ons you can select yourself in the plan calculator; they are not automatically included in existing plans. Microsoft Copilot is priced like any standard model, and Claude API adds $0.20 per monthly check. If you are on an older plan, switch to a custom plan first from Billing, then add them (don't see that option? Contact team@aipeekaboo.com). Check Billing for your current selection and verified price.
What's not tracked, and why
Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI. These models are not tracked today.
What to do if you care about an untracked model
If a specific untracked model matters to your category or your customers, there are two practical options:
- Ask it yourself, periodically. For an unsupported model or a consumer experience such as the Claude website, use the same prompts you're already tracking in Peekaboo and record the conditions of the manual check.
- Watch the AI-referral traffic in your own analytics. If you've connected GA4, Peekaboo's AI-traffic view can show real visits arriving from AI assistants, and that traffic isn't limited to your selected tracking models. A spike from an untracked source is a signal worth chasing down manually. See AI-referral traffic.
Untracked doesn't mean invisible everywhere else, it just means Peekaboo won't be the tool surfacing it for you.
Frequently asked questions
Can Peekaboo track Claude?
Yes, as a paid add-on you select yourself in the plan calculator. Claude API monitoring captures answers from Anthropic’s Claude API with web search, not answers from the consumer Claude website or app.
Does Peekaboo track Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, or Meta AI?
Microsoft Copilot (the consumer Copilot web experience) is a paid add-on you select yourself in the plan calculator. Grok, DeepSeek, and Meta AI are not tracked today.
Is model coverage different across plans?
Yes. Configurable plans track the models selected in the workspace contract. Model availability can vary during rollout, and existing plans do not automatically gain new models. Billing shows your current coverage and verified price.
What can I do if I care about a model Peekaboo does not track?
Manually check that model with the same prompts you already track in Peekaboo, and watch your GA4-connected AI-referral traffic, since that traffic is not limited to your selected tracking models.
