Client Share Links

Give a client a read-only view of their brand data without creating a login or exposing other clients.

You want to give a client visibility into their AI Peekaboo data without setting them up with a login, and without handing over access to your other clients' brands or your billing.

What a share link gives a viewer

A share link is a public, read-only URL scoped to a single brand. Anyone with the link can view that brand's Dashboard, Prompts, Competitors, and Sources without creating an account or logging in.

What a viewer cannot do:

  • See any other brand in your workspace
  • See Settings or Billing
  • Trigger a new analysis run
  • Edit anything
  • Export data

It's a clean, view-only window into that one brand's results, nothing more.

Generating one

An admin generates one revocable link per brand. There's no invite email required, no client account setup, you just send them the URL.

You mint a read-only link for a client in one click, and you can rotate, revoke, or expire it any time without touching their access to anything else.

Rotating and revoking

  • Rotate the link to swap it for a new URL. The old link stops working immediately (it 404s), which is useful if a link was shared somewhere it shouldn't have been or you're starting a new engagement with the same client.
  • Revoke the link to kill it entirely. The old URL routes to a clean "no longer active" page instead of an error, so it doesn't look broken to whoever tries it.

Optional expiry

You can set a link to expire automatically after 30, 60, or 90 days, or set a custom expiry date. This is useful for time-boxed engagements, like a client review period or a trial project, where you don't want the link staying live indefinitely.

Only one active link exists per brand at a time, so generating or rotating a new one replaces whatever was there before.
