See which buyer questions your blended score hides.
Separate Discovery, Purchase Intent, and Sentiment questions before comparing performance. The current product supports these categories, not free-form tags.

Discovery prompts look healthy, but reputation or purchase-intent questions may be failing inside the same overall score. The team needs a supported segmentation layer before it chooses what to fix.
Product visuals use illustrative example data unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
Stop letting a strong discovery score hide weak purchase-intent answers.
Group tracked prompts into Discovery, Purchase Intent, and Sentiment, then compare the category-level observations behind the overall score. Eligible API beta accounts can use the same built-in category filter in supported reporting workflows.
Stop averaging unlike buyer questions together
Separate Discovery, Purchase Intent, and Sentiment prompts before comparing results. The built-in categories make a weak buying-stage signal easier to find than a single blended score.

Find the category that deserves review first
Compare the same selected time window by category. A lower category score identifies the prompts to open first; it does not diagnose the cause or value of fixing them.
Use category filters outside the dashboard
Eligible beta accounts can request prompt data by a built-in category for a custom reporting workflow. Confirm the documented parameters and enabled API permissions before building against the example below.
Free-form custom tags are not currently available. The REST API is a limited beta for eligible accounts with an active subscription. Self-serve plans are API-eligible, but beta access may require enablement.
