We reviewed some of the AI visibility platforms out there. In this article we tell you which ones offer unlimited team member seats and which ones have a limit on this, and charge extra for additional seats.

Which AI visibility platforms charge for additional team seats?

Scrunch

Scrunch keeps things pretty straightforward with their pricing. The starter plan is $300 per month and comes with three user seats. Their growth plan is $500 per month and includes five seats. If you need more, you’ll have to move up to their enterprise plan where pricing depends on your setup. So if you’ve got a bigger team, you’ll need to plan for those extra users.

Profound

Profound starts at $99 per month now, but that plan only covers one seat. The growth plan, which is $399 per month, gives you three seats. Anything beyond that falls under their enterprise tier, which is custom. It’s a solid platform, but if you’re managing a large team or running multiple clients, those seat limits can add up fast.

Hall

Hall handles access a little differently. You can have as many viewers as you want without paying more, which is great if most of your team just needs to see data or reports. But if you need people who can actually edit or contribute, the number of contributor seats depends on your plan. You’ll need to upgrade or pay more if you want to expand that access.

Which AI Visibility tool should I choose if I have many people on my team?

Like we always say, whenever we write articles reviewing various tools, it will depend on your needs and your budget. If you are an enterprise company, it's likely that you can afford paying for more seats and therefore are willing to spend on a tool like Scrunch or Profound.

However, and even if you're an enterprise company, you don't want to pay on a per-seat basis. Which, let's be real, doesn't make much sense in 2025.
